The Australian Christian Convention (ACC) Committee has once again made the decision not to charge a Registration Fee for delegates to attend this year’s Convention.
However, running the ACC incurs many expenses, so we would encourage you, if you are able, to make a donation toward the cost of presenting this great annual event. A donation box will be available on the Registration Desk each day.

• The Convention is fully catered and accommodation is available on-site.
• The Convention commences at 2.30 pm on Friday 25 October and will include an evening meal for those staying on-site.
• Day Visitors:
If you are attending as a day visitor, please fill in the Registration Form so we can cater for morning and afternoon teas (graciously provided by the ladies of the Eastern Downs Church of Christ). Note: If required, meals can be provided if they are pre-ordered and paid for when lodging your registration form.• Parking: Free parking is available on-site.
• Accommodation:
The accommodation includes twin share rooms, shared bathrooms and a separate dining room. Single rooms are available on request and incur an additional $6.00 per person per night charge.• Linen:
Please bring your own linen if possible. Otherwise, bed linen and towels can be provided at a cost of $13 per person per stay.• Dietary Requirements: (as per the James Byrne Centre website)
The Centre caters for special dietary requirements, but not lifestyle choices. If a special dietary requirement is necessary for a guest’s wellbeing, the Centre will meet such requirements, but will require a Doctor or Dietician’s Certificate. Note: A Menu can be provided on request.
We encourage you to plan to stay on an extra day and attend the Southern Cross Bible Institute’s Retreat which will conducted by Jeff Faull and held from 3.00 pm Sunday 27 October, concluding at lunch time Monday 28 October (lunch not provided).
